April is Stress Awareness month and I am here to share some tips on handling stress.

What’s the fuel your day could not get started without? For me, it’s breathing exercises. Next question: What happens when you don’t do it? I, for one, never miss it. It’s crazy over here as I gear up for this month's challenge starting April 15. , so you won’t catch me skipping my fuel these days! Sharing tips with you is what I enjoy the most.
