Mondays start out with the heavy feeling of starting the week. Not knowing what the week will be like and maybe because you didn't RELAX enough on your days off! Does that sound familiar? True story for me too. TRUST ME.

Relax on the spot.

Take a few minutes to just sit and be. Close your eyes, place your hands on your lap. Inhale and exhale. Pay attention to your breath and continue inhaling and exhaling. Remember the power you have in your breath. You can relax, you can use it to run faster and longer, to get you through the day.
